PDF files can only be used for one color or process color jobs. Two and three color spot jobs must be sent in a different format.

For PDF Files,

1) Make Sure Fonts Are Embedded

2) Preview File in Adobe Reader on Your Computer to ensure the file did not corrupt in the printing process.
